GoHighLevel systems that answer every lead before it goes cold.

Missed calls, forms, ads, calendars and follow-up, wired into one system that responds in seconds and keeps going until somebody books. Built properly, in your own account, by people who work in the platform every day.

You do not have a traffic problem. You have a follow-up problem.

Most accounts do not fail because one workflow is missing. They fail because the operating rules are fuzzy: unclear owners, messy records and reports nobody trusts.

GoHighLevel is powerful once the business logic is designed before the automations. We shape the CRM around how revenue actually moves, then make the system expose the gaps, handoffs and next actions your team needs to see.

Sixteen things we build, four reasons to.

Foundations get the account right. Capture catches the enquiry. Convert turns it into booked work. Scale keeps it standing as you add locations.

A build process with no surprises.

Four weeks, fixed scope, and a staging account you can watch being built. Nothing goes live in production until you have signed it off.

Mapping a build in a working session
  1. Audit & blueprint

We map your funnel, your sales motion and your current stack, then document exactly what gets built and why, before anyone touches your account.

  2. Build in staging

Pipelines, funnels, workflows and integrations all get built and tested in a staging sub-account, so nothing breaks in production while you watch.

  3. Launch & train

We cut over with zero downtime, train your team on the live system, and hand over a recorded SOP library they will actually use.

  4. Optimise monthly

We watch deliverability, response times and conversion, then ship improvements every month against targets we agreed up front.

The part they tell other operators about.

Eight businesses, eight different bottlenecks. What follows is what changed once the follow-up stopped depending on somebody remembering.

Marcus Ellery, Owner at Ellery Home Services+42% booked estimates

We had GoHighLevel for eight months and used maybe a tenth of it. They rebuilt the whole account in three weeks. Speed-to-lead went from about forty minutes to under a minute, and our booked estimate rate moved more in one quarter than it had in the previous two years.

Priya Raghunathan, Founder at Northbound Marketing$41k MRR in 9 months

The partnership is why we have predictable revenue now. They modelled the rebilling margins before we priced anything, which stopped us making the mistake almost every agency we know has made.

Daniel Whitfield, Managing Partner at Whitfield Law0 records lost

Migrating off Keap terrified us. Fourteen years of contact history. They ran both systems in parallel for three weeks and we cut over on a Tuesday with nobody noticing. That is exactly what you want from a migration.

Sofia Marchetti, Director at Lumen Aesthetics3.1x rebooking rate

Our AI booking agent handles the eleven-pm enquiries that used to sit until morning. About a third of our consultations now get booked outside business hours, which is revenue that simply did not exist before.

Andre Kowalski, President at Summit Roofing Group2.4x storm-season capacity

Storm season used to break us. Four hundred enquiries in a week and no way to triage them. Now every one gets a text inside a minute and the crew calendar fills itself. We ran last season with the same office staff we had the year before.

Kaitlyn Boyer, Practice Owner at Clearview Dental31% fewer no-shows

I had been told our no-show problem was just how dentistry works. It was not. It was a reminder sequence nobody had ever tuned. Six weeks of work and we recovered most of a hygienist salary in chair time.

Kaitlyn BoyerPractice Owner, Clearview DentalColumbus, OH
Omar Haddad, Managing Director at Harbor Mortgage$610k from cold records

They reactivated a list we had written off completely. Eleven thousand old enquiries, most of them years cold. It paid for the entire year of work in the first fortnight and we have run it twice since.

Omar HaddadManaging Director, Harbor MortgageProvidence, RI
Rachel Ndiaye, COO at Vertex Fitness Collective24% lower churn

What I appreciated most was being told which parts of our stack to leave alone. Every other agency wanted to rebuild everything. They rebuilt the two things that were actually costing us money and left the rest.

GoHighLevel agency questions

Still stuck on something specific? Ask us on a call and we will answer it properly.

Ask a question
What does a GoHighLevel agency actually do?

A GoHighLevel agency configures and runs the platform on your behalf: CRM and pipeline architecture, funnels, automated follow-up, integrations and reporting. The software is only ever as good as the system built inside it, and building that system is the work.

How much does it cost to hire a GoHighLevel agency?

Every engagement starts with a $2,500 Revenue Diagnostic, credited back in full if you start work within 30 days. From there the Speed-to-Lead Foundation is $11,500 to build plus $1,995 a month, and the multi-location Market Dominance build is $27,500 plus $5,950 a month. Individual services can be bought on their own, and our pricing page publishes indicative figures for all sixteen. Your GoHighLevel subscription, Twilio usage and any ad spend sit on your own card at cost, typically $150 to $250 a month.

Do we need to buy GoHighLevel separately?

Yes, and we recommend it. Holding your own subscription means you own the account and the data in it. We build inside your account rather than renting you a seat in ours.

How long does a GoHighLevel build take?

The Speed-to-Lead Foundation is a four-week build, and missed-call text-back goes live in week one so you see a recovered lead before the second invoice. A2P 10DLC approval is carrier-controlled and takes one to two weeks, so we submit on day one. Multi-location and heavy-integration builds run six to ten weeks.

Can you take over an account another agency built?

Yes. Every takeover starts with the $2,500 Revenue Diagnostic so we can document what exists, what is broken and what is worth keeping. It is credited back in full against any engagement you start within 30 days.

Which countries do you work in?

We deliver across twelve countries, with most clients in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia and New Zealand, plus a growing base in the UAE and Singapore. Messaging compliance is the part that changes by market: A2P 10DLC in the United States, CASL in Canada, and sender registration rules that differ again in the UK and Australia. We handle registration for whichever market you operate in.

What makes GoHighLevel better than HubSpot or Keap?

For service businesses, GoHighLevel bundles CRM, funnels, SMS, email, calendars, reputation and courses into one subscription that would cost several times as much assembled from separate tools. For enterprise sales teams with complex reporting needs, HubSpot is often still the better fit, and we will tell you if that describes you.

Do you guarantee results?

No, and you should be wary of anyone who does. Too much of the outcome depends on your offer, your pricing and whether your team picks up the phone. What we do commit to is a fixed scope, a fixed timeline, and month-to-month terms after launch so you can leave the moment we stop being worth it.
