What we collect

When you submit the contact form, we also record the submission page, referring page, campaign parameters present in that URL, and an advertising click identifier when present. Our hosting provider may process request information such as IP address, browser type, and timestamp to deliver and secure the site. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
How we use it
To respond to your enquiry, deliver services you have engaged us for, send you information you asked for, and improve the site. We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties except service providers who help us operate (hosting, email, analytics, CRM), each bound to protect it.
Cookies and analytics
The current site does not set a first-party analytics cookie or persist marketing attribution in browser storage. The contact form sends only attribution values present at submission. Enquiry data is retained for 24 months from last contact unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Client records are retained for seven years after the engagement ends to meet tax and contractual obligations.
