Ask a question
What does a GoHighLevel agency actually do?

A GoHighLevel agency configures and runs the platform on your behalf: CRM and pipeline architecture, funnels, automated follow-up, integrations and reporting. The software is only ever as good as the system built inside it, and building that system is the work.

How much does it cost to hire a GoHighLevel agency?

Every engagement starts with a $2,500 Revenue Diagnostic, credited back in full if you start work within 30 days. From there the Speed-to-Lead Foundation is $11,500 to build plus $1,995 a month, and the multi-location Market Dominance build is $27,500 plus $5,950 a month. Individual services can be bought on their own, and our pricing page publishes indicative figures for all sixteen. Your GoHighLevel subscription, Twilio usage and any ad spend sit on your own card at cost, typically $150 to $250 a month.

Do we need to buy GoHighLevel separately?

Yes, and we recommend it. Holding your own subscription means you own the account and the data in it. We build inside your account rather than renting you a seat in ours.

How long does a GoHighLevel build take?

The Speed-to-Lead Foundation is a four-week build, and missed-call text-back goes live in week one so you see a recovered lead before the second invoice. A2P 10DLC approval is carrier-controlled and takes one to two weeks, so we submit on day one. Multi-location and heavy-integration builds run six to ten weeks.

Can you take over an account another agency built?

Yes. Every takeover starts with the $2,500 Revenue Diagnostic so we can document what exists, what is broken and what is worth keeping. It is credited back in full against any engagement you start within 30 days.

Which countries do you work in?

We deliver across twelve countries, with most clients in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia and New Zealand, plus a growing base in the UAE and Singapore. Messaging compliance is the part that changes by market: A2P 10DLC in the United States, CASL in Canada, and sender registration rules that differ again in the UK and Australia. We handle registration for whichever market you operate in.

What makes GoHighLevel better than HubSpot or Keap?

For service businesses, GoHighLevel bundles CRM, funnels, SMS, email, calendars, reputation and courses into one subscription that would cost several times as much assembled from separate tools. For enterprise sales teams with complex reporting needs, HubSpot is often still the better fit, and we will tell you if that describes you.

Do you guarantee results?

No, and you should be wary of anyone who does. Too much of the outcome depends on your offer, your pricing and whether your team picks up the phone. What we do commit to is a fixed scope, a fixed timeline, and month-to-month terms after launch so you can leave the moment we stop being worth it.

Is GoHighLevel worth it for a small business?

If you handle inbound leads and book appointments, usually yes, it replaces a CRM, email tool, SMS platform, scheduler and review tool for roughly $97–$297 a month. If you have fewer than about twenty leads a month, the automation will not pay for the build, and simpler tools are a better fit.

What is A2P 10DLC and why does it keep coming up?

It is the registration US carriers require before a business can send SMS from a 10-digit number. Without it, messages are filtered or blocked outright. It is the single most common reason a new GoHighLevel account appears to work in testing but fails in production.

Can GoHighLevel replace our website?

It can host one, and for pure lead-gen sites that is often the right call. For content-heavy sites that need to rank in search, a dedicated site usually performs better, with GoHighLevel handling forms, booking and follow-up behind it.

How do you measure whether the build worked?

We baseline four things before launch: median speed-to-lead, lead-to-appointment rate, no-show rate and appointment-to-close rate. Every monthly report is those same four numbers against baseline. If they have not moved, we change what we built.

Do you offer white-label services for other agencies?

Yes. We build under your brand, join client calls as your team if you want, and run a white-label support desk. A significant share of our work is fulfilment for other marketing agencies.

When is GoHighLevel the wrong choice?

Complex enterprise sales with heavy custom reporting, deep ERP integration requirements, or teams already deeply invested in Salesforce workflows. We will tell you on the first call rather than take a project that will disappoint you.
